LXSeries Lighting Software

I apologize to begin, i'm french and my english is not very good !

I have a question : i'm working in a theater this week, and i register some light cues in a DMX console (ETC).
I usally use my light software on Macbook. So, i'd like to see the values of channels in my console in LXconsole.
I have a ENTTEC DMX PRO MK2 (since this week !), so i have 2 DMX outputs and 1 DMX input. I tried yesterday, but i think my preferences in LXconsole must be wrong because there is no DMX signal when I use the cue master...

If you undestood my message and if you have a solution, it'll be great !

Can you explain what your DMX settings are in the preferences? Is The input set to USB and the monitor box checked? Is the ENTTEC USB Pro selected in the DMX info as the protocol for USB DMX?

Did you use File->Import->DMX to start receiving?

Depending on if you have selected to import the DMX stream as channels or addresses and how your file is patched, will depend on what levels you see imported.
